A refund request will be considered acceptable only if it is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after purchase, clearly stating your email address and phone number used during registration. After three days from the date of purchase, no refund requests will be granted.
Within 15 days of the refund request being properly processed and granted by Classbus, refunds will be provided using mobile financial services with which the transaction was made. The user will receive an email confirmation of this.
